Areas of Practice under Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 (IBC)

  • To assist the Financial and Operational Creditors to access the viability of the corporate debtor and formulate the possible revival plan.
  • To analyze the Financial Statements of the Corporate Debtors for the last three years.
  • To prepare and file the corporate insolvency resolution process application with the Adjudicating Authority (NCLT).
  • To act as Interim Resolution Professional (IRP) / Resolution Professional (RP) in consultation with the clients or otherwise appointed by the Adjudicating Authority on confirmation by Institute of Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI).
  • Public Announcement as required under the Code.
  • To prepare Information Memorandum (IM) and Statement of Affairs of Corporate Debtor.
  • To appoint the registered valuers legal and other professionals.
  • To prepare the Minutes of the Meeting of Committee of Creditors (COC) as per the requirement of IBC, 2016 read with the regulations framed thereunder.
  • To invite the Corporate Applicants for resolution plan and present the same with COC and to make necessary changes as suggested therein.
  • To file and defend any applications which may be file by the company or against the company with NCLT/NCLAT.
  • To carry out any other assignment under IBC, 2016.
